  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Ship and Await Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
